​​​​3rd Annual Poultry & Small Animal Sale Country Market & Junk in Trunk – Vendor Guide 
Please read carefully
  • Set up starts 8:00am–9:45am (no early birds) - Please check in at the BALL DIAMOND main entrance with Shona Leahy to confirm vendor registration/payment & your vendor space. 
  • One vehicle per vendor permitted in the event area during sale, if you require a 2nd vehicle to unload items before sale, that vehicle MUST BE out of event area no later than 9:45am – no exceptions due to space. No vehicles or late vendor arrivals will be allowed in event area after 9:45am – be on time please!! 
  • Clean- up & tear down 2:00PM-2:30PM -Leave your space cleaned of all garbage 
  • All vendors must stay set up for the entire event 10am-2pm as unsafe & disruptive to customers & other vendors while sale is in progress, foot traffic only in the event area from 10:00am – 2:00pm 
  • Vendors are responsible for bringing tents, tables, chairs, cash float or debit/square system for payments.  
  • Event is RAIN OR SHINE – be prepared for any weather changes 
  • Animal/poultry vendors please supply BOXES/CAGES/CRATES for your sales as many customers don’t think to bring anything to take home new critters. Bring proper cages/enclosures for all livestock/poultry, as well as food & water. 
  • ABSOLUTELY no sick/diseased/wounded animals or poultry are to be brought to the sale under any circumstance. 
  • Bring water/coffee/snacks  
  • The pub is open @ 10:00am for use of bathrooms/ATM for vendors and customers -To be announced @ later date if The Pub will be open for lunch/food service. 
  • The Historic Red Barn Pub & Grill is graciously providing outdoor space, and they are NOT responsible for any issues with animals/poultry or other products sold at sale or lost or stolen property.  

REGISTRATION DEADLINE WEDNESDAY APRIL 30TH 2025  

This year the registration fee has been set @ $25.00 per vendor (non-refundable) 
Any registrations after April 30th or day of sale are set @ $30.00 per vendor (non-refundable)                
E-Transfer registration fee to poultrysale_thepub@hotmail.com before April 30th or CASH day of.  
 
**There will be an email sent out to ALL REGISTRED VENDORS on Thursday May 1st, 2025, with any last-minute updates and information regarding the event, should you have any questions before that date please contact Shona Leahy via text 587-297-1326 or shonadee@hotmail.ca
